Job Description:
JOB FUNCTION: Provide leadership and overall responsibility for designated client relationships. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance. Must have knowledge of COBRA/HIPAA laws and Section 125 regulations and be able to guide employees appropriately in the administrative process of the CONEXIS process and services. Interact effectively with other departments including but not limited to IT, Finance, Training and HR to meet and deliver customer requirements/expectations. Manage to an annual operating plan to achieve company objectives and coordinate in conjunction with client’s strategic plan requirements. Provide leadership in coordinating and assisting Client Services Specialist with problem resolution. Develop Scorecard for clients providing feedback on performance (SLA’s); facilitate quarterly meetings to present performance, updates on projects, etc. Provide leadership in managing and monitoring an escalation list/process for both Clients and Client Services. Provide leadership; act as liaison between client, operations, and/or sales/marketing, as needed. Schedule standing meetings with clients to provide updates regarding new products/enhancements to CONEXIS services; coordinate with sales as needed. Manage the contract and SLA’s ongoing and through renewal; coordinates with sales as needed. Assist client and operations in streamlining services to promote ongoing improvements and efficiency gains. Maintain existing business contacts and liaison with outside groups and professional associations in order to keep the company abreast of advancements/developments in the industry.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years knowledge of COBRA/HIPAA and Flexible Benefits Administration Services and/or related industry/regulatory experience. College degree or a minimum of 3 years related business/ industry experience required. Previous account management and health care benefits experience required. C/E courses – HIPAA/ Cobra / FSA
